                1. Bank transfers are the responsibility of the participant.
                2. The participant must send a copy of the bank transfer to the Conference Secretariat – The participant will be registered only after sending the document a receive an email confirmation.
                3. Please also send via email the following details: Participant’s full name, Participant’s ID number, Participant’s phone number, Participant’s email address.

 

Invoice
Please submit your organization’s official commitment to pay to the conference.

The commitment should include:

                    • The name of the conference
                    • Name of the participant
                    • ID / Passport Number
                    • Email of the participant
                    • Private Company(ח.פ)
                    • Contact details from the accounting department:  phone + email

                      The document should be sent to the Conference Secretariat
Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing only.
* All cancellations must be receive in writing.
* Cancellations received prior to 15 days before the conference: Full refund less 7% cancellation fee.
* Cancellations received during/after the 15 days before the conference: no refund will be made.
